General Terms and Conditions (GTC’s)
1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. By sending the order via the order button, the terms and conditions are accepted and accepted. In return, HOME LIKE YOURS, owner Suzana Nikic (hereinafter referred to as Home Like Yours Brand) undertakes to carefully process and provide the services to the customer in accordance with these general terms and conditions. 2.5 The prices are mutually binding at the time of the order. In the event of errors or mistakes in the price quotation, Home Like Yours Brand reserves the right to make price changes retrospectively. In this case, the customer will be informed and is not obliged to purchase the products affected by the price change.
2.6 All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
2.7 In addition to the prices stated, the shipping costs expressly stated on the article page apply.
2.8 From an order value of CHF 50.00, the shipping costs will be borne by Home Like Yours Brand.
3. Registration
Registration at www.homelikeyours.com is reserved exclusively for persons who are fully capable of acting. With the order, the customer guarantees that he is at least 18 years old, not incapacitated and capable of judgment. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The data required for registration must be provided completely and truthfully by the customer. The customer is responsible for updating his data himself.
4. Order / delivery
4.1 An order becomes binding for the customer when, at the end of the ordering process, he confirms his order on the page on which the overall overview of the order is displayed by clicking the button 'Order with obligation to pay'.
4.2 Immediately after placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Home Like Yours Brand to the email address provided by the customer. Until an order acceptance is sent to the customer in a separate e-mail, Home Like Yours Brand reserves the right to reject the order or to reduce the order quantity, whereby no contract is concluded between the customer and Home Like Yours Brand or a contract for the reduced amount Order quantity. Unless the customer informs Home Like Yours Brand immediately that he is not interested in the reduced order quantity.
4.3 Home Like Yours Brand particularly reserves the right to reject an order if there is a legal dispute with the customer, in particular in connection with payments not made from orders already placed with Home Like Yours Brand, or if an invoice from the same person or the same person is due for payment Household living person are still open.

5. Delivery and delivery time

5.3 Home Like Yours Brand can only be held liable for delays in delivery and their consequences if these were caused by a grossly negligent or willful breach of contract by Home Like Yours Brand. Home Like Yours Brand assumes no liability for all other delivery delays and their consequences, including delays caused by the post office, Home Like Yours Brand suppliers or third parties. Delivery times are always non-binding and delivery delays do not justify claims for damages or the possibility of the customer withdrawing from the contract.
6. Products delivered in error
Articles delivered in error or too many articles must be returned immediately in the original packaging, at the latest within 7 days. Any items not returned within this period will be invoiced. Home Like Yours Brand bears the costs of returning the goods that have been sent in error. The return costs will be transferred to the customer in advance.
7. Coupons
A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. At the end of the ordering process, the voucher code is entered in the field provided. The corresponding amount will be deducted directly from the current order. Vouchers that exceed the order amount cannot be refunded.
8. Shipping costs
The shipping costs to be borne by the customer are as follows per shipment

From an order value of CHF 50.00, the shipping costs will be borne by Home Like Yours Brand. Home Like Yours Brand reserves the right to choose the shipping method itself when assuming the costs.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
9.1 Home Like Yours Brand guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products that have been damaged during dispatch will be repaired or replaced at Home Like Yours Brand's option, provided that the customer notifies Home Like Yours Brand of the defect within 7 days of receipt of the goods by email. If Home Like Yours Brand so wishes, the customer must also immediately return the delivered products in the original packaging to Home Like Yours Brand;
9.2 Furthermore, Home Like Yours Brand is liable to the customer for damage if and to the extent that such liability on the part of Home Like Yours Brand arises from the Product Liability Act.
9.3 Any further guarantee for the products supplied and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded, unless Home Like Yours Brand has fraudulently concealed the product defects in question. However, if Home Like Yours Brand can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question,Home Like Yours Brand will, as far as possible, assign these claims to the customer at the request of the customer. However, Home Like Yours Brand assumes no responsibility for ensuring that these claims can be successfully enforced. The same applies to any claims that Home Like Yours Brand can assert against the Post for damage that occurred during transport.
9.4 In particular, Home Like Yours Brand does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the use planned by the customer or that they will produce a specific result. The warranty also excludes damage for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. as a result of improper use of the product, or damage due to external influences for which the seller is not responsible, such as damage that occurred during transport.
10. Right of withdrawal / right of return
10.1 Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days after delivery of the goods. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods with a brief reason. The return must be sent to the following address:

10.2. Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
10.3 The exercise of the right of return leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse transaction, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be reimbursed. The customer bears the costs for the return.
10.4 After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.

11. Means of Payment
11.1 Orders placed via the www.homelikeyours.com website must generally be paid for in advance using the means of payment specified on the website. The following payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Maestro, PostCard, prepayment.
11.2 In the case of prepayment, you will receive the account details from Home Like Yours Brand in the confirmation email after the order has been placed. They are as follows:

11.3 In all cases, the delivered products remain the property of Home Like Yours Brand until the ordered products have been paid for in full or payment has been confirmed by the credit card provider.
12. Data protection
12.1 The data necessary for the business transaction are stored, processed and, if necessary, forwarded to affiliated companies or contractors, such as the post office, as part of the order processing. All personal data will be treated confidentially.
12.2 Under "My Account" the customer has the option to change his personal data at any time.
12.3 Home Like Yours Brand uses and processes personal data to maintain customer relationships and for its own marketing purposes. The customer always has the option of preventing this automatic evaluation. If no automatic personalized evaluation is desired, the customer can object in writing at any time.
12.4 The customer receives a newsletter from Home Like Yours Brand only at his express request. The de-registration is possible at any time.
13. Liability
13.1 Liability for product defects or damage caused by such defects is based exclusively on section 9. For damage from late delivery, section 5 is exclusively relevant.
13.2 In addition, Home Like Yours Brand excludes any other liability to the customer in connection with the products, the use or the (non) availability of the www.homelikeyours.com website within the scope of the legally permissible. For example, claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, non-fulfillment and tortious acts against Home Like Yours Brand as well as against their vicarious agents or vicarious agents are excluded, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent action.
14. Partial invalidity / validity reduction
If a provision of these terms and conditions should be wholly or partially invalid, this has no influence on the validity of the remaining provisions and their purpose. The relevant statutory provisions apply instead of the invalid provisions.
15. Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
The contract is subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Home Like Yours Brand is - subject to different mandatory places of jurisdiction under federal law - Baetterkinden, Switzerland.
16. Changes to terms and conditions
Home Like Yours Brand expressly reserves the right to adapt these general terms and conditions to the circumstances at any time and to apply them immediately to subsequent orders.
